Shopped at the Algonquin Jewel this evening. Andrew was our cashier. There were a couple items that did not ring up correctly and Andrew called Laura the manager on duty to make the adjustments. Both Andrew and Laura were efficient and friendly. The person at the deli was also very helpful. I did not get her name, but she said that she would like to live in Alaska. The employees that we encountered at this Jewel were great.

I ordered a fruit basket, and it was absolutely the best fruit basket I ever had! All the fruit on it was excellent and fresh! All my family kept bragging about how nice the fruit tray was and how good everything tasted. Thank you so much Paula

Always love coming to this Jewel. Everything is clean, easy to find, and staff is friendly. I spoke with the manager Mike today to resolve a question of mine and he was kind and patient explaining it to me! I'm the anxious type so it was definitely appreciated!!

SHOUT OUT TO MIKE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This isn't my home store but i was in the area. I was having some major issues with my Jewel app/account & Mike fixed right up! Wonderful experience

This place is price-y for any processed foods. The produce and meat availability & quality amazing though, some of the best in the community. Still wish more of the community could afford it though, when it does come to packaged foods I'd spring for big box stores like Wal-Mart to save a dollar or five.

The bakery was amazing! Just want to say thank you to all the bakery staff. My son cake was so cute with his picture in it and also the cupcakes. To the cashiers being really nice wishing him a happy birthday!🥳 …

Always a good experience at Jewel-Osco Have what I want and everyone is helpful and friendly. Very nice store. Clean and well organized. All employees were courteous and professional. very large with the best selection of gluten free things I have seen anywhere. The fish and fresh meat counter are good. and the bakery section could cause you to completely blow your diet and your budget! Everything in one place! Good line organization, shorter wait than expected, everyone wearing masks as they should. Excellent variety of products! The store is in a great location and very accessible. Overall a great store.

Shout out to the young man who works in the floral department! He is always very helpful, and I needed BLUE roses tonight. He found beautiful white ones then sprayed each one a pretty blue color. They look amazing! ♥️

When here last week on Thursday to grab a few things for my daughter's birthday. Wasn't planning on getting a cake, but as I passed the bakery they had the one see was asking for! I forgot to put an order in and was planning on picking up cupcakes. But sitting there was the princess and all the colors of the rainbow cake she has been asking for. So thank you guys for unknowingly making my daughter's birthday in her words THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! Yes she screamed it. Lol
